#15 God is with Us,

[Pryr-1.2-6] But to return.

It is manifest, that no one can fail from the Benefit of Christ's Salvation, but they can  have an unwillingness to receive it, and when they do, they fail the exact same way that the  Jews and the Musselmans [Muslims] do,

Christ with Lazarus -- Simon de Vos

If thou wouldst still further know, how this great Work, the Birth of Christ, is to be affected in thee, then let this joyful Truth be received within you, for then, and only then.  His great Work will have already begun in  us.  And what is that great Truth?

That our most Holy Jesus, is already in thee; this is true.  He already is your Saviour and the  Life of thy Soul.  He is there, ready  to raise thee out of the Darkness of Death and into the Light of Life.

He is ready to give thee Power to become a Son of God, and to get this, all you need to do is acknowledge Him.

The eternal Word, or the Son of God, did not then first begin to be the Saviour of the World, when He was Born in Bethlehem of Judea; but that Word, which became Man in the Virgin Mary, was there from the Beginning of the World.

He was the first Word.

He is a Seed of Salvation,  for the first Father of Mankind, was inspoken into him, as an ingrafted Word, under the Name and Character of a  Thug [Bruiser] of the Serpent's Head

This is why,  Christ said to his Disciples, "the Kingdom of God is within you"; because like everything He said,  it is true,.  The Divine Nature is within you, given unto you by your first Father, when the first Light of Life, occurred,  and rises up in the Life of every Child of Adam.

Hence also the holy Jesus is said to be the "Light, which lighteth every Man that cometh into the World." [see John i.9 KJV]

There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

While it is true, He was born at Bethlehem, but that was just as a human Form upon Earth.

Before that, he was already the Light of every Man that cometh into the World; that eternal Word, [see John vi.66-68 KJV below] by which all Things were created, and was the Life and Light of all Things, as a second Creator, as a Bruiser of the Serpent; and it was  in this Respect that was  said truly of our Lord, when on Earth, that "He was that Light which lighteth every Man, that cometh into the World."

67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? 68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. 69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

For he was really and truly all  of this: He was the Immanuel,[Immanuel, " God is with us" see Isaiah vii:14 KJV] a living proof that God is with us,  as he was with Adam, and with all his Offspring.  The Beginning of the Catholic [universal] Church of Christ,  in all the World. he is God's unlimited, universal Mercy to all Mankind and  to every human Creature, and as sure as he is born of Adam, and so has a Birth of the Bruiser of the Serpent within him, so too he is infallibly in Covenant with God through Jesus Christ.

14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. 15 Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good. 16 For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings.

As the Holy Jesus is appointed to be Judge of all the World, it is because all Mankind, all the Nations and Languages have the ability, through Him to be put into Covenant with God, and so made capable of resisting the Evil of their fallen Nature.

Barolome Esteban Murillo -  Jacob & his beloved Rachel at the Well c. 1680

[Pryr-1.2-7] When our blessed Lord conversed with the Woman at Jacob's Well, [John iv.6] he said unto her,

"If thou knewest the Gift of God, and who it is that talketh with thee, thou wouldest have asked of Him, and He would have given Thee living Water."

How happy (may anyone well say) was this Woman of Samaria, to stand so near this Gift of God, from whom she might have had living Water, had she but vouchsafed [allowed herself]  to have asked for it!
Rembrandt - Return of the Prodigal Son

But you, dear Christian, this Happiness is already thine; for this Holy Jesus, the Gift of God, first given into Adam, and in him to all that are descended from him, is the Gift of God to Thee, for as sure as thou art born of Adam; and though thou have wandered from him, as far as the Prodigal Son from his Father's House, yet is he still with Thee, for he is the Gift of God to Thee, and if thou just turn to Him, and ask Him, he  who has the living Water [John vii.38] , he will certainly give it to thee -- and  that will make thee whole.
